The pondering lines are ordered by date they were first aired.

The first line contains the original air date the pondering line was used (including original airings on Animaniacs), and title of the episode (or short) in which it was used.

This is followed by the response to the question.
(In most cases, the question is posed by Brain and answered by Pinky. The only exceptions to this rule to date are:
"Welcome to the Jungle" in which the question was posed by Pinky and answered by Brain, "A Pinky and the Brain Halloween"
in which the question was asked by Brain and answered by Snowball and "Brain Food" where the response involves a dialogue
between Pinky and Brain.)

If a episode title (or short title) does not appear on the list, then there was no pondering line in that episode (or short).
